Cancellation Policy

We recognise that circumstances can change and there may be an occasion whereby you wish to cancel your Membership with Move Daily Fitness. If you’d like to discuss leaving – if you feel some guidance and advice would help you continue your journey with us, please reach out to Kim before cancelling.

When you join the Membership you have access to an extensive amount and variety of IP (intellectual property), which is one of the reasons the Membership offers such great value and enables you to be successful in your goals. However, because we give you immediate access to everything, we have an obligation to put measures in place to acknowledge this.

If you choose to cancel your Membership within three months of joining, you are required to pay for the remaining months in that three-month period. For example, if you cancel in the first month, you are liable to pay the remaining two months. If you cancel in the second month, you are liable to pay the remaining one month. To illustrate this further please see below:

  • Example Membership cost per month $50
  • Cancellation in the first month means a cancellation fee of $100
  • Cancellation in the second month means a cancellation fee of $50

Once you have been a member for three months or more, you may cancel at any time with no associated cancellation fees.

If you wish to cancel please do so via the App.  We are then notified and we will send you an invoice via email, if you are due to make a payment if you cancelled prior to the first three months.  Your Membership (and access to the App and Facebook – if applicable) will last for the duration of your last payment.  For example, if you cancelled your Membership on the 5th of the month and your last payment went out on the 1st of the month, you will still have access until the 1st of the following month.
