Making fitness, wellness and nutrition a consistent part of your life can be a challenge, to say the least! The Move Daily Membership - all you need to know
First off, welcome to Move Daily! Tracy and Kim would like to welcome you to this section of the overview, where we will explain all you need to know about the Move Daily Membership. So, what is the Membership? The Membership is a paid monthly subscription, which gives you access to a huge amount of resources to help support you in reaching your health goals. Whether you’re looking to lose fat, gain lean muscle, focus on your nutrition, give time to wellness or simply wish to dial in your overall health, we can support you in achieving your objectives. The Membership resources, weekly updates, workout schedules and coaching calls are all stored on our App (which is accessible via the Internet/your computer, as well as a downloadable App from your App store). Our community (how we chat with other Members) is in a private Facebook group. These two combine to make an exceptionally well rounded package for you as a member and we strive to make them easy, effective and helpful.
Let’s break down what you actually get as an official Member:
The Move Daily App
- The majority of what you will be able to access – including all the resources, coaching calls, weekly updates and main workout schedules are available to you via the App
- Once you have signed up, ALL of this becomes available to you straight away
- As mentioned, the App is accessible via your Internet browser, so you can use it on your laptop/computer, which is great if you prefer a larger screen. It is also downloadable from the App stores (Apple and Android) to be used on phones, tablets etc
- It is intentionally very easy to navigate and Kim is always on hand if you ever have any questions
Weekly Workout Schedules
- Tracy personally curates three different workout schedules that are provided to you every week.
- There is the beginner stream, advanced fat loss stream and the advanced strength building stream.
The Facebook Page
- This private group is a fantastic way to access a wealth of information and is also where you can join the live coaching calls and guest presenter sessions. The coaching calls are recorded so can be viewed later on the App.
- The true joy of the Facebook group is the community feel, support and genuine camaraderie. Tracy and Kim are constantly active in the group and always happy to give support, guidance and answer questions.
The Coaching Calls
- Tracy does weekly coaching calls, which you can watch live on Facebook or afterwards via the App (this means if you are not on Facebook you can still watch the coaching calls once they are saved to the App).
- As your Move Daily Nutrition Coach, Kim also leads coaching calls on occasion, especially those around nutrition and wellness.
- There are also other guest expert speakers who will join us to do specialised coaching calls.
Weekly Updates
- Every week on a Saturday the weekly update is published in the App.
- It’s a great way to see what's coming up and get excited and engaged for the week ahead.
The Programs
- In addition to the weekly workout schedules, you have access to almost all of Tracy’s paid programs, totally free as a Member. These include How to Build Muscle as you Age, The Belly Fat Files, Menopause Override and many more.
- You also get to participate in all the annual challenges FOR FREE! This includes 30Solid, March Melt Away and more.
