The cancellation policy:

We encourage you to read the information provided with each program summary and ensure you are comfortable in making your purchase. If you have any questions with regards to the content of any program please contact us in advance of your purchase at [email protected].

Sales of all programs are final and we do not accept refunds or exchanges. The exception to this is if the program you receive is defective, in which case we will verify this and provided the defect is confirmed by us, replace it with a functioning version of the original program purchased. We do not accept defective programs after 7 days of receipt. If you receive a defective program please contact us immediately at [email protected] and include evidence of your purchase, as well as the defective program.
